Guaranteed First Place $200 and Mayors Cup Trophy, 2nd Place $100.
$40 Entry Fee or $10 less for Scholastics before May 19th v $50 CASH at door.
MUST BE A RESIDENT OF WESTERN NEW YORK TO EARN THE TITLE "BUFFALO'S CHESS CHAMPION". Winners will be listed in Buffalo Challenger, Buffalo Criterion, Niagara Gazette and Kenmore Advertiser local newspapers.

Endgame strategy and Tactics will be our theme for the month of May. USCF members National Master Lionel Davis, USCF member James Davis and USCF Certified Chess Coach and USCF Tournament Director Michael A Mc Duffie will review different chess endings.

Come and play others at the same level as you are. Quad format, Game 25, 3 Rounds, Game 25. USCF Rated players will be grouped together for National rating points. Winners of each group will be listed in the Kenmore Advertiser to help promote the Chess Club and attract more players.
Bring Chess Sets, Chess boards, Chess Clocks (optional) and a healthy appetite for competition.
